Level A Residential Structural Evaluation

A Level A Structural Evaluation is performed by a licensed Professional Structural Engineer. A Level A Evaluation involves gathering a general understanding of the property history, performing a visual walkthrough, and providing professional opinions on whether the structure generally conforms to applicable criteria or if additional evaluation is needed to assess structural stability and long-term performance. Further action could be required if conditions that are generally unsafe, the structural integrity of the house appears to be compromised, or if there is a reasonable risk of long term serviceability issues.
